Our Story

Rev'd Up Nutrition started with a simple frustration: finding genuinely good food in East Palatka shouldn't require a drive to Jacksonville. We wanted a place where the bread was actually baked — not thawed — where the ingredients list was short enough to read, and where nutrition wasn't an afterthought but the starting point.

Today, we're a neighborhood bakery and whole-food market serving the same community that's supported us from day one. Everything we bake happens on-site, every morning. Our grocery shelves are stocked with products we'd serve our own families. If it doesn't meet that standard, it doesn't make it onto our shelves.
